Good morning and Welcome!

For those of you who are new to coaching this summer, my name is Jackson Allen.  I am the head coach of the Westfield Waves as well as the voluntold president (thanks Jerry;-)) of the Horsetooth Summer Swim League (HSSL).

This is the first email communication to get us ready for the summer! I know the beginning of April seems early, but we have a few things that need to get squared away before the season starts.  

First: I am in the process of updating the contact list on the website.  I have been in contact with Amy at Splash for coaches info.  However, if there is a different/ additional email you would like me to add, please let me know! Let me know as well if you no longer coach in the league so that I can remove you from the email list. (Let me know by Monday at noon)

Second:  Once that is done, I will send out a google form asking about meets this summer.  (I hope to send this out next week)

A few things to note, 

- State and City have both been moved up a week (State being July 19-21 and City being July 12-13)

- Village Green will be hosting City Meet this year!

- We are also asking that all teams host at least 1 meet, attend at least 2 away meets, and attend City meet.

Third: After I have those responses, I will send out a spreadsheet for teams to fill in (I hope to have this sent out next week as well)

Once that is all taken care of, we will have our Kickoff meeting! That will take place May 1st location TBA. 

I'm sure this will be the first email of many as we get the behind the scenes work
