Hello HSSL,

A few quick reminders.

1 - Entries need to be locked out by noon at the tomorrow.  HOST TEAMS ONLY- If you need support printing your meet heat sheets and meet programs please email Jamie Leopold at [email protected].

2 - Payment is also due by noon tomorrow. TWO checks required; one payable to Horsetooth Summer Swim League for swimmer entry fees, and one payable to Horsetooth Summer Swim League for League Fees. Payment will be turned into Parkwood Pool (1314 Buttonwood Dr., Fort Collins, CO). (Normally these checks would be to the host team and HSSL, this is to keep the habit of two seperate checks)

The league fee scale is below:

3 - Teams please also email me directly with how many officials will be at your session of city meet.  This will help me make sure that they all receive payment.

4 - Ribbons will be delivered between Wednesday and Thursday this week.  Please look for an email from me when this has been finished.

5 - Please make sure that after your session is finished, lock out changes in Meet Maestro, but DO NOT transfer results.  SwimTopia will merge our results Sunday.
